Teaching Assistant (published in May 2015)
The position would require 5 half days Monday to Friday 8:30am – 12pm for an early learners group.
Duties include:
- Supporting regular room routine
- Engaging with children and contributing to the program
Skills required;
- Verbal & Non-verbal communication with the children
- Good team player
- Suits an active chatty open hearted person
- Willing to learn Passionate about the position
Could suit a mother with a young child as child care can be provided.

Pre-School Teacher (Full Time/Part Time) (published in May 2015)
Candidates must have a sparkle in the eye, love for children, positive mind set, ability to develop both personal skills and benefit the future of the school. Teaching kids in a growing downtown pre-school in Xuhui, Shanghai.
· English: Fluent level
· Chinese Mandarin: Basic level (bonus)
· Must currently reside in China
· Bachelor degree or Diploma holder
· MINIMUM of 1 full year pre-school classroom teaching
· 2 - 4 years teaching experience
· Visa sponsorship available
· Enjoy working with young children (age groups: 10 month to 5 years old)
· Pervious work experience in an international school (bonus)
· Experience in China (bonus)
· Full time and part time work available
· Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm or 08:00am – 12:30pm
· Salary package: To be discussed upon interview

· Knowledge of milestones for different age groups and collaborates with teaching staff to setup and plan activities to compliment curriculum (Include: phonics, math, science, life skills, physical development activities, songs, music & movement, themes etc.).
· Design and decorate classroom and learning space.
· Attend parent teacher meetings and provide feedback of children’s progress.
· Conduct open classes for parents of students and potential students.
· Update classroom blog: include information and photos of class activities.

We are looking for an AWESOME and responsible SUMMER CAMP TEACHER who knows how to have fun with kids.
Tell us about some cool things you have done with your students/kids to make learning enjoyable – So much fun that kids are not aware they are learning!
Awesome teachers make a fun camp. We would like to hear some super fun camp ideas you can suggest (NOT treasure hunt, sports or art & craft).
We pride ourselves on having teachers with a special skill to share with kids eg.
- Create fashion from old clothes or
- Graffiti art with chalk on the side walk
What special talent/skills/teaching can you bring to share at our summer camp?

· Ensure the safety of all children within your group
· Communicate with parents and addressing issues raised
· Completing daily reports (eg. today’s food was too salty, Tommy’s birthday tomorrow, Sarah’s mum will pick up early this week)
· Help with daily routine issue to run the camp: ensure kids are not too hot or cold, help kids change clothes for swimming and go to toilet, eating lunch, be aware of kids relationships with each other, help kids enjoy the summer camp etc.

Awesome Kid's Club provides high quality kids programs designed for families with children aged from 6 months to 7 years. Programs include daycare, parent and child programs, sports, camps and events.
We will be holding the 6th annual summer camp at several central Shanghai locations and seeking a group of junior camp leaders from end of June, July and August 2016. Successful candidates will support children with a range of activities throughout camp: sports, art & craft, team games and other awesome activities.
Junior Camp Leader Responsibilities:
· Work as part of an energetic team in the center of Shanghai
· Practice skills learnt in school in real world situations
· Minimum 1 month commitment. 2 months internship preferred
· Run and help with activities planned by lead teacher
· Create your own awesome activities to share with the kids
· Assist with daily reports to parent
· Help with routine duties to run a class: ensure kids are not too hot or cold, help changes for swimming and go to toilet, eating lunch, be aware of kids’ relationships with other kids, help kids enjoy the summer camp etc.
· Minimum 16 years old +
· Stipend RMB2000/month

Editorial/Marketing Assistant or Internship (published in May 2015)
Awesome Kid’s Club has an opening for marketing assistant(s) for work with web content, communication, photo documentation, online listings and promotion events & social media. This position is available for part-time or full-time.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and creative (bilingual Chinese and) English speaking assistant to support in online marketing and in editorial work such as producing written and graphical content for webpage, newsletters, printed materials and social media. Joining the team in organize company’s outreaching marketing activities and events.
Part time or full time.
Requirements:
