These classes will help develop basic skills such as coordination, strength and flexibility through fun activities. The 45 minute class will begin with all the kids participating in warm up, welcoming games. Coach Jeremy will then run a series of games and routines using a range of equipment such as balls, hoops, cones, tunnels etc. Jeremy will encourage the kids to explore using different parts of their body, learning to perform multiple step exercises and listen to instructions.
This program is designed to use up all your kids energy supply and have them begging to know when they can attened the next class!
