Children are encouraged to collect some things that they perhaps do not use anymore – old toys, clothes, books etc and to then set up a rug on the lawn and sell their wares to the other children onsite.
The vendors may keep the money that they earn, the catch is that any unsold items will then be donated to a children’s orphanage in Guangxi province.
We think there will be some savvy little bargainers out there who have been watching mummy and daddy’s negotiating skills at the fake markets.
To register just send me an email with your family name. The event will run from 3pm – 6pm.
There will also be a jumping castle and face painting onsite.
